Marvellous Marathon Session!! Arrived at 11:30am to watch SAMMY's golden locks blowing in the light breeze. We walked out to the point and decided it was 10-14kts and decide a 5ish wing/sail would work. MF4 arrived and looked like he needed something with a bit more power so I gave him my 6.0m Flyer. SAMMY and I headed out and enjoyed the fairly steady 10-15kts. I saw some Wangs down at Willows so headed down and said Hi to HighRocker then headed back. ULR and and GUStastic showed up to play. MF4 finally came out on his Windfoil which was nice to see another hold out. Saw another Wang at Willows so headed down again and said Hi to Danno and he and Ang came up to CP for some steadier wind. It started to get a bit lighter so I headed in for some lunch after 2 hours. DOG, Tweezy, Windoc arrived and at one point there were 7 Wangs out! I headed back out after my tastey lunch and MF4 turned his coat and went out on his Wang. After awhile all the Wangs headed in so I was alone. The wind started to ramp up to 20+ and DOG came back out then Docker came out and the wind ramped up again so I decided to call it a day after 4 hours and over 100kms. It was amazing today, lots of others to foil with, sunshine and almost warm temps. Headed home for a Corona! The boat launch was still clear, a couple logs came in overnight but the path down to the water was basically clear. Happy and Tired. Maybe some more tomorrow.?
