Pleasantly surprised to see wind at the Willows webcam today. Got in about 11am with Gus just having exited the fray. I was about to jump in with a Cab5, but Gus quickly steered me towards going bigger, and rightly so. It was tough slogging for a newb like me to get past the shore break. I eventually made it to a nice wind line between CP and MTI. Actually felt warmer than I expected despite the light dusting of snow we got in the early morning. GoPro captured 21 min on foil - progress for me!
Time spent on wingfoil is seldom wasted.
