What a day! Intense at first sailing with John in 40+ knots. Still went for a few jumps, one turned into a back loop as the wind just pushed me around. Was feeling out of shape and found it hard to get comfortable. My front strap was too tight so I loosened it but not enough. Back strap was too loose and that was a bad combo. Went for a jump near the end and my back foot came out and my front foot didn't. Landed flat and the board kept going. Can't walk today.
