Woke to wind in the trees so hurried down to Pat Bay, even before coffee. When I got going and wondered how fast I was going I realized I forgot my watch. Oh well.
Really rare wind angle in Pat Bay. I ended up being early with variable wind for the first half. Went out to Yarrow Pt almost. Filled in nicely NW even right in close in the Bay. The DD sure feels fast. Very efficient flying and gliding through soft spots and then sheets in nice downwind with lots of apparent wind. Accidentally touched down and then launched into a small strapless jump, falling from high up high speed ribs first. Fun times! Can't wait to gradually progress to doing small jumps.
Gotta get those gybes downs soon..
