Arrived to 'not much' inside but capping well outside maybe 2 kms. The Junkman arrived and was trying some new foils. We both headed out at the same time. He rigged 6.0m and big foil and I was on 5.2m and 900cm2 foil. He got on the foil 1st but went into the 'dead zone' and sat and waited. I saw that so I stayed inside where there were some gusts and waves so got up a couple time but then wind came in to the point so I schlogged out to it and it was great outside. 15-17kts and pretty wavy. I came in a bit too far and came off the foil. Turned around and headed out to the wind again. Sailed outside for another 20 mins then it felt like it was getting lighter so turned and headed in. Made it to 300m from the beach and came off the foil as there was 0 wind. I pumped the sail to get into the beach in about 2-5kts. Made it and Rupp-Dogg and HighRocker were both sitting waiting. I had a quick chat and decided to pull the plug as it didn't look like it was coming back. Rupp dropped off a cold-ish corona as Shaggy arrived. Highrocker headed out as I was leaving. Shaggy, The Junkman and Rupp were deciding what to do. I guess we'll see.
