Went to RB to work on SUPfoil paddle ups with Sam but Sam sent me a text that said "See you at Gonzales". I went to RB anyway thinking he'd meant RB for some reason. Got to the beach and it was fully wingable and there were orcas out apparently. Sam showed up eventually to the correct beach, LOL, and a bunch of us got a session in. Worked on staying high with minimal pumping and trying for max DW glide. Amazing how much energy is stored at the top of a 1.5' little swell when you tap in correctly. Tried the new Omen DW board and Aluula Duotone wing. Super nice but so different from what I'm used to! I've become so accustomed to the feel of my rig.
