    Pretty beaten up hauling all this sailing gear around for 4 days. Yesterday was a drag as I slogged across the lake/back w/5.9 but didn't wanna repeat so no session. Today very nice conditions despite the clouds & drizzle fronts moving thru. Got a couple of gybes feeling it but my back & knee (among other wounds) are done for a while
