Your opinion of Starboard foil set?

Looking to learn but not wanting to spend a ton on beginner gear….

Sale on new STARBOARD FOIL WAVE 1500
QUICK LOCK DT+TP (1500 X 270
X 72 X 67) 2020

for < $1k.

Thoughts? Can’t seem to find any reviews online.

Not for $1000, that's an old foil.
