BTW, the Transit Connect is NOT the same as the European Ford Transit (much larger and kinda similar to the Sprinter). Euros get 4 cyl and standard options in the big vans that make them comparable to economy cars for mileage - 6 - 7 litres per 100 km. In europe they have the Transit Connect which is the same as ours, PLUS the Transit, which is bigger and looks just like a Sprinter. So no they are not the same, but because there are two models.
