Newbi needs help with purchasing equipment

Will be buying new;
Wetsuit – Prolimit 54xl Pro Steamer 5/3
Dakine Fusion + pivot bar (12”)
Helmet/retract leash, gloves, boots, etc.
Will be buying new or used;
Slingshot Jarvis Board 150 or Fanatic Easy Rider Board 150
North Toro 12m complete or Naish Boxer complete (all new)
North Toro 2003 14m used – no bar or lines = $300 usa
Naish x3 12 m used $300 usa or Naish x2 12m used – no bar or lines $200 usa
The main area that I will be kiting is BBay as I live four streets from 3rd ave entrance to the beach, I am sure I’ll be learning into November.
I am leaning towards getting a used kite as I’m sure I’ll be crashing it.
I’m not to sure what kind of bar/lines I would like to get for the used kites.
Any ideas or thoughts/comments
