Board Construction?

Hey I'm new to the boards my name is Peter me and a couple buddies are just getting into the scene and were thinking about making a board and if any one had any knowledge on material/length/width/rocker/fin placement/ staps?and info on this stuff would help us out thanks.

Kiteboards don't have to be fancy to work (apparently: -- I wouldn't know myself since I don't kite :oops: ). Check out these from some poor students at MIT:

My suggestion is for a composite construction vacuum bagged PVC (divinicell) foam core with epoxy / glass laminates.

I do have some materials and equipment to sell.

Johnny, I loved that link, quick load, good pix and flow, nice instruction and to the point commentary :P

Makes me want to order an EH, gotta like the emphasis on safety in the production process too and the attention to detail. Probably an expatriot sp? German or Swiss/ Austrian, right?? Lemme know if you are the rep or affiliate. 8)

Hey Kuz,He is from Euro,I'm not an affiliate, just want to sell my boards,so I want folks to see how well they are made and what is involved in the construction.See kitesurfing buy and sell.P.S I am putting those tuttle fin adapters in my van now.Cheers PPS I miss stink works too!
