How about a classified section for buying & selling equipment - or are there other sites that people prefer for this?

BWD: Ditto on the Swap Meet section. Maybe post it as a new section called "Swap Meet" or something like that for all our stuff. We could also ask local suppliers to post blow out sale specials? Easier to come to one website than a bunch of them.
We could also have another new section for special events?

Hey do you mean have the classified section in the forum or part of the BWD site? I can add a Classified section to the forum if you want it.
But if you mean on the BWD site I'd probably rather not. The site at windsportsbc has/had a great classified section with windsurfing and kiting gear for sale. You can ask FunkPusher when he expects to get the site back in operation...

Maybe have two new CATEGORIES on the Vancouver Island Wind Talk Forum Board:
SWAP MEET: 4-sale, free to good home, wanted, etc....
SPECIAL EVENTS: Races , Swaps, Beer nites etc.
