if you can use these let me know, i can even deliver to victoria if you are patient. I had to update my home office this spring and ive got stuff to get rid of, donate, recycle whatever. any suggestions for places to take things to would be appreciated, i just dont want to landfill anything.

toshiba satellite laptop, i think its a 200mhz, it runs ok (plugged in) but the screen is hard to see.

Canon BJC250 printer runs great but just needs ink (new cartridges are $40 but you could go for refills)

If you can't find anyone who wants your stuff, you could drop it by Priority One computer store in Victoria (475-7510). They donate old, usable computer equipment to low-income single moms so that kids can have access to a computer. They're located at 3371 Oak St between Saanich Rd and Mayfair Mall.

Not to hijack this thread or anything... but for everyone else who might have old stuff that still has life left in it, maybe check out freecycle. People just post what they have and wish to part with (must be free of course). Here is the link for the Victoria chapter:

You must sign up for a Yahoo ID if you do not have one, but it's free, and I don't seem to get spammed, so it's pretty worry free. Enjoy!
