http://www.kitefix.com/blog/ I picked up 'marine goop' & drywall mesh to try this type of repair ... I would 'tack' one side together with painters tape first (scroll down to July13 update in kitefix blog) & remove it after the mesh has been laminated to the other side then apply a little 'goop' ...
