ya, i would agree---lessons!!!! my girlfriend is 'getting into' kiting too.....lots of fun. the lessons will take all the pressure off of you, and when it comes to ponying up several hundred dollars you find out just how bad she wants it......(read: if she's willing to pony up she really wants it....if she balks, she's not that serious). I have flat out refused to teach my gf. any day i get off the water with wrapping my kite and lines around a tree, person, other kite or jetski is a good day. kiting is far too intense to be having to look out for a GF. call me selfish but i want what i want when i want it!!!!

If your happiness depends on money, you will never be happy. Be content with what you have take joy in the way things are. When you realize you have all you need, the World belongs to you.
