Did you check buy and sell? Kook killer has some decent gear at decent price - as opposed to some of the other recent listings! While you can pick up a complete rig(s) mix and match for a few hundred dollars, the new gear is WAY easier to learn on.

Edit: Oh, sorry, didn't see 'rental'. None that I know of.
