New Foiler needs advice

My chiropractor has a place on cowichan lake and would like to take up foiling.
Any advice on foil size, where to buy, board type & size. Any used starter gear??

Can’t go wrong with the slingshot system - relatively inexpensive and used stuff around.

Need to know: intended sport (wind/wing/kite foiling, dock starting, wake foiling etc), experience, weight

Selling my Naish Hover 135 L foil sup. 7'6" by 28.5". Track style foil box. No fins/slots. No windsurf track. SUP foil and wing only. $1200.
