Board Construction?

Hey I'm new to the boards my name is Peter me and a couple buddies are just getting into the scene and were thinking about making a board and if any one had any knowledge on material/length/width/rocker/fin placement/ staps?and info on this stuff would help us out thanks.

Kiteboards don't have to be fancy to work (apparently: -- I wouldn't know myself since I don't kite

My suggestion is for a composite construction vacuum bagged PVC (divinicell) foam core with epoxy / glass laminates.
I do have some materials and equipment to sell.

Johnny, I loved that link, quick load, good pix and flow, nice instruction and to the point commentary
Makes me want to order an EH, gotta like the emphasis on safety in the production process too and the attention to detail. Probably an expatriot sp? German or Swiss/ Austrian, right?? Lemme know if you are the rep or affiliate.

Hey Kuz,He is from Euro,I'm not an affiliate, just want to sell my boards,so I want folks to see how well they are made and what is involved in the construction.See kitesurfing buy and sell.P.S I am putting those tuttle fin adapters in my van now.Cheers PPS I miss stink works too!
