| Details | Fun lunch time session. I made it a goal to get down to clover and back to the desk in 2 hours. I more or less made it even though I had to take a detour through south oak bay because of construction on Richmond and Foul Bay. I got a solid 45 mins on the water. I got there just after Spike left the water and had the bay between Clover and Finlayson to myself for the whole session. The sun was out and the wind was just right, plus the water was only small chop and very clean (no floatsom to speak of). The wind was lofty which helped me make one of my attempts at a tack turn. There was some swell but not very organized. I came in and CB landed me and I returned the favour with a launch a little while later. Super fun all in all. [from Session Log on Friday May 17, 2024] |
