| Details | Nice westerly - still warm. Still struggling with my ribs / core, took the straps off, thinking that would keep me from jumping, but turns out, you need to use your core significantly more without them. Nevertheless still nicely powered on the 3.5, some great swell up at Clover, didnt venture too far from there.
