I meant borrow and use where it is.. besides, moving an incubator can be heavy work... The stuff needed to grow large amounts to use in any terrorist way is a little different than the stuff needed to do a test anyways...

Over in Vancouver... Looks like they do microbiology as well as metals, trace organics etc.

The test for coliform is easy, you just need the equipment. I know they do (or used to) do it as a lab for second year microbiology at U.Vic., maybe someone up there ...

That's another thing.. if you get super lofted, do you want to be clipped in so you don't drop 50 feet, or you want to be unclipped so that hopefully the bar gets ripped out of your hand (but then you fall off cause you can't hold on anymore once you're 50 feet up...)

Thankfully my stupidity moment only cause me a few scratches. I'm still learning too, and I got to suffer the abuse of flying with a 2 liner for a while (no depower, clipped in or not). I was dicking with my board or something, let my kite drift down, then it powered up and dragged me over the beach ...

I'll second the vote for lotus - I've got one that looks more or less like this one:

It's bright yellow, so it probably make me more visible, I haven't had any problems with it ...

What about Muir creek? - I was there once just on a stop back from a hike - seemed to be a decent area to launch (maybe) - but downside is that if you get pulled downwind it's hard to do the walk of shame without landing the kite, and packing it back inland to the road bridge... (assuming you launch ...

That being said, what's the next best place for afternoon sessions (i.e. not nitnat), I'd ...
