It could work (specially if you play around with lines lengths coming off the kite), but it seems like your setting yourself up for rigging errors. Anyone itchín to get out at the moment might think about cruisin'down to island view beach. It seems windier here than it looks on the webcam. Definately up and down- but i think big kite-able 12's or 16's.
