Bear Creek Blowout slalom races at Harrison. Got there at 11:00 am, placed was packed, Bobson already there, hot and sunny. Wind started at 2:00 pm and blew steady 15 - 18 all day. I was perfectly dialed on the 8.5 all day. Nice enough to wear a shorty at Harrison. Went in the slalom races which started at 3:30 pm...what a blast at the jibe markers. Was last off the water with Bobson (of course) at 8:00 pm. Epic Harrison day. I won a Dakine T-shirt, Chinook base plate and tendon foot and Dakine fin bag in the prize draws....not bad for a $20 entry fee. Awesome event.
