    30 kt waves and 10 kt winds not a happy combination. First run nicely powered, but that was the end. Looked like way more wind, Ogden 30+, Cook was blah. Did two long walks of shame, last one from spiral stairs. Big shore dump. Good practice slogging in puffs on little board! Session 40!
