Great to be back at the lake....it's so nice and warm. Worked on some of the old school spinny tricks on the big gear. Had a short session downwind and tried some vulcans and forwards in the head on chop. Accidentally did a stalled forward and landed on my head mostly. My tips for a stalled forward - jump into the air, think about sheeting in, but then consider the consequences and pain that could result, then also consider "friends" chanting biggaydave if you don't sheet in, so then decide to sheet in but discover that you have almost landed by now....(my neck still hurts a little).
