Another day in Paradise! Cave in the AM, then sailing at noon. Backed off a little so I had lunch, then off for photos by Maeve. Body drag had Downwind Dave seal of approval (nearly lost board shorts on that one!), lots of planing gybes. Girls wanted to stay another day which is always a good sign. Work, who needs it? Crowded but great vibes on land and water. Sore muscles in cheeks from smiling so much - sailing was euphoric, heavy endorphines in the bloodstream!
