After hanging out at Nitinat until 1500 I had to pull the plug. Arrived at Duke Point at 1700. Manage to miss the 1745 and the 2015 by six cars. Made the 2245. For some reason we did not arrive at Tsawwassen until 0130. I was through the boarder and on the I-5 by 0230. 2 Red Bulls, 2 Cokes, a coffee and a pack of gum and I was rolling into camp at 0700. I was so tired it was all I could do to set up my tent. The only thing that kept me going was the fact that it was already blowing 30 and I needed to get some sleep if I was going to take advantage of this epic day. At 1030 The Gman, his girl, and I were up. We hit Windance for G to get a 4.2 then it was off to Rowena. I wish I had a 3.7! For 4 hours we hung onto our flattened 4.2's. I had the mast track all the forward, a 23 cm wave fin and ito was all I could do to keep the thing on the water. Amazing day. Gusts were recorded on iwindsurf over 46 m/hr :shock: . Not bad after 16 hours of travelling.
