Today's mantra was 'just hang on!'
Rigged up at Cattle Point, looked quite gusty. It was. Sailed 45 mins until my hands and fingers were so tired, wasn't sure I could keeping hanging on. Completely flagged out on the 5.0m. Probably should have rigged smaller but was too lazy. One other Dood out on a Wing doing very well who I didn't recognize. Went back out for another 15 mins to make it an hour then wind turned more West so decided to call it. Made most all of my gybes so look forward to seeing what the stats say. Didn't go very fast today, just too much wind! Felt pretty warm and didn't get wet except getting in and out. There was kelp right at the boat launch, obvious kelp issues everywhere this year. Maybe we can give the kelp COVID-19..?? All in all, good session except my hands are still sore as it was really tough to hook in with the crazy gusts!!
