Had a nice session but needed to make a long walk up the windward side beach of Clover to make a real go of it. It was really good for the first 30 mins, I went way upwind and tried very hard to be the guy that makes all his foot changes but well whatever... and then unfortunately the wind backed off and I was inextricably brought back to the point. I figured it was just me not being very good with light wind but j_dog was also having a hard time staying upwind. So we both came ashore and had a good debrief under the sun and it was sort of warm, spring is coming. Feeling lucky to go kiting at such a lovely location on such a lovely weekend!
