Arrived to windy windy bay. Overpowered on the 4.0m Unit v2, these things have a ton of grunt and pull! Decided to go down to the Axis 1000 foil which i haven't ridden in about 1.5 yrs since getting the 1150. A definite difference in takeoff, though not an issue in these winds. Much more comfortable at speed on some of the big drops/downwinders on the outside swell. So much crap in the water, everywhere, even where you thought you were safe and could relax, then bam! A difficult session overall. Feeling wimpy.
