After the flu bug battle of my life I finally emerged from my intensely feverish week and got a dose of hydrotherapy of the Willow's variety. Started off shaky and weak but felt better each reach (this medicine really works! '?) Initially powered on 1125 and 5m but had to go in for the 1850 session saver when the wind inside backed off a touch. Nailed one really good 360 with speed to burn but mostly mowed the lawn and Zenned out, grateful to have the energy to do anything other than lie flat on my back in a dark room. Lots of faces I've not had the pleasure meeting previously. Bobson did a fly by and I could see one or two wings up by Cattle point. Fun to glide and feel like an upright human again. Get your flu shot; this virus packs a savage punch and I was fully KO'd this week...
