Arrived at noonish and took my time getting ready. Looked like lots of wind, swell, and stoke. First session on the new board 30L less volume and 9" shorter than the previous one. Decided on the 5m to have plenty of power to help with less volume. Lots of floundering to get going, but a real improvement once up. Looking forward to trying it more tomorrow.
