Great to use the 5m again and spent the majority of the time on the Ross Bay side. Around the 40min mark headed over to Cook St. Unfortunately that is when my chicken loop somehow came out off my hook, with the bar launching towards my kite on the safety line. The kite flagged out, but my outer lines where crossed and tangled with the centre lines, managed somehow get my chicken loop back into my harness hook with the rockin' wind and got the kite the launched again and dragged my sorry ass back in to Clover. Somehow managed to grab my foil while dragging in and happy I didn't have to do a full self rescue in the bumpy and windy seas.
