On and off. Found it ' a nice cool-down 4.5 session. There were lulls, but the on was just right! Nice to leave the Gorge with a smile!
18 sessions in 16 days! Gorge and south Oregon coast! Windsurfing and wavesailing! New and old friends! Another great trip!
