Met Justin for an afterwork session and Clive showed up too. Forecast said it was going to be pretty mellow and it was when I pumped the 14.5m. Took the Tiki out with a re-adjusted Go-Joe, I was still hoping it would work as a sail to push the Tiki log downwind. Sadly the new configuration is not going to work either. I came in and grabbed the Celero. It was really good on the Celero but it was very soft near the shore. Despite the forecast, the wind came up quickly and I could feel it on the big kite. I got my ass in asap and even left my board at the shore to make sure I could keep control of the kite, it was a little extreme! Nonetheless, I got in and tethered the kite and Justin came in quickly after me to help and he grabbed my flagged out and grounded kite (while keeping his kite in the air) and put it down. Thanks Justin! It was so nice out that I pumped the 10m HL Crave and got back out there. I had a great 30 minutes on the 10m and the Celero, loads of power as long as I stayed away from the shoreline. All in all an awesome afternoon!
