Quick sail right off the dingy dock on Starboard and slowly go lifted to Transfer Beach area on the same tack. Then had a short swim and return via circumnavigation of N. Dunsmuir Island popping out among 10 anchored pleasure boaters.
Met a guy with a very old glass & lead 23ft Sprinter race sloop ( " No Dress Code" ) built with Kevlar about 35 years ago. He enjoyed several swiftsures and recently a race around Thetis Island.
From there went to a Toga party hosted by visiting Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club out of Lake Washington. What a great bunch of 50 - 75yo party animals. OMG . One guy thought I was dressed like Mother Theresa & several others like the butcher from whom they'd bought the BC Beef Steaks for dinner. Haha
Did a bit of work on MilFord too but never enough. She is shop bound on Friday.
