Good sesh. Went 6.2, then 5.0, felt too light so up to 5.7 and that worked well. Really tring to refine the planning posture, almost got the back foot into the strap, even did an accidental body drag for about 2-3 seconds lol. It all felt like progression at least. Hopefully back this weekend.
