More Sailors and Kiters arrived with the better weather and the fair weather weekend forecast. Counted as many as 20 kites at one point sailing in the early afternoon. Old time bwd folk KC777 and the guy ( forgot his name) who coded for Axys Tech (circa 200x) came from Vanc. for the weekend with their boards & foil gear and highschoolers who were both as keen to get wet and learn / test their skills as their dads were to get out foiling.

I was late on the water yet again and had to slog to the creek area to catch a late onset thermal which only got stronger as sundown neared. ( weirder than norms yes). It eventually filled in over the whole sailing area for the second time that day which made the 8.2 a real "stretch" for the arms. A 7.0 would of been more fun for Nitnat but fun is fun either way. And the 8.2 NX2 Tri-cam never got outa control sail power wise.

It was great to see families all enjoying what Nitnat has to offer. And especially the younger learning to Windsurf. I should of sailed Sat Sept 16th too ( which was arguably the steadiest wind day of my week++ long visit) but I got lazy and needed to pack up which seems like a whole day affair....
