A little over the top. Ryan and I decided to go meet up at Island View. Mike and Marty also showed up for the party. Conditions were exceptionally out of control' Lol. I HAD to go in after both Marty and Ryan bit the bullet. Glad they shamed me into it. Swell was awesome and conditions weren't as challenging as I thought. And then things stepped up, hard to believe possible. The gusts were so significant that it was hard to keep the Foil buried, even on a 3 m. Did get some fast runs, although kelp was everywhere. Coming back into the beach was almost impossible with literally tonnes smashing 'loggage.' It could be close, but I'd say that was a contender for the windiest day ever for me.
