WOW!!! Arrived 11:30am to 6-10kts but I was desperate so I rigged BIG!! Got out and caught a gust right away. It had picked up while I was rigging to 8-11kts and then I saw Danno flying down towards Willows, he came upwind and we yelled nonsense at each other for 30 mins in the gusts that were all close to the 2nd boat launch. I could see Rupp-Dogg and Drunken Monkey's car's in the parking lot. The gusts started to pick up to 10-15kts and I was well powered on my 7.0m Flyer but since this was just supposed to be my xmas lunch break I decided to call it and head back to work. The wind was turning SE and getting gustier. Great surprise session!!! I used the 900cm2 front wing with the 255slr stabilizer which is supposed to be a bit faster than the regular 255cm stab. I had on the 115cm fuse which made it sooooo stable (Thanks Junkman for the re-thread). I now have to try the 900cm2 front foil on the 95cm fuse for my speed setup and the 1100cm2 front foil on the 115 fuse for my super light wind foil setup. I like doing testing to see the differences with different foil/fuse combo's. Wished I could have stayed out as the conditions were windier than normal lately, meaning there was more than 7kts. Danno, Rupp and H-Rock were all rippin as I guided my foiling machine into it's berth at boat ramp #2. Great to see everyone's Wing skills have improved so much, I guess I'm going to have to try a duck gybe or Downwind 360 when the temp warms up. Good Times!!
