Arrived to 10-12kts with whitecaps outside so rigged the 6.0m just to ensure foiling. Well, that didn't work very well. As I was rigging it started to drop but still looked good upwind towards Discovery. Got out and schlogged for awhile, then got on the foil and thought okay it's picking up. Well, right after that it dropped again, basically just a gust coming through. As it was a nice day and it kept looking like it would fill so I stayed out and kept trying, never give up!!! As I was coming in after 2 hours it started to pick up but as I was quite tired from 2 hours of pumping, never got back on the foil I guess I should have rigged the 7.0m and used the larger 1100cm2 foil. Rookie mistake. HA! Maybe some more tomorrow morning. haha, looking at the GPS log, 1% foiling gybes and almost 3 minutes of foiling in 165 minutes. bahahahahahaha!
