Woke up early to drive North, stopped at Rathtrevor to check it out as I was feeling a flat water session. Not enough breeze to risk the walk out. Wave session at Columbia Beach instead. This was my first time here, met windsurfers Alex and Kus along with a few sea lions. Pretty good waves and long rides for me though I was often overpowered as I got further out. Shore break would have been tough if it was much bigger, and the locals told me the waves were small today.
