    Sunny low tide session. Launch 1pm with Phil. Over an hour on the upwind leg, a little overpowered perhaps. Some swell at Acadia, but decided to keep going to Wreck . Didn't get as far as the river, but waist high waves at Wreck. Good to get back to the launch and all the usual suspects.
