Well, while generally fun, this sport can also be incredibly frustrating!
Like today- trying to get out, wind not super strong yet ( forecast to be building) but SHOULD have been enough- but the large patches of the annoying sargassum weed seemed to grab the foil whenever a puff came - made for lots of pumping, lots of cursing, but not a lot of moving '?
Then when I did finally work my way out of it and got foiling, the wind died off.
Caught a puff and thought i should foil back to the beach while I could- got within 20ft of shore and luckily looked behind me - as the wind had finally rebuilt- turned around and had fun for the next hour playing with some reasonable sized waves.
