I saw the clouds clearing and headed down for a session. It was good 12m wind when I was setting up but it backed off as I launched. It was still good enough and I headed out along the beach. It was quite choppy heading away from the beach but heading towards the beach it was fun cruising. I managed one tack and slashed a few swells but there wasn't a lot interesting swell to engage with. Still, it was a beautiful afternoon and a lovely session until the wind lulled significantly. All the kites, but for one foiler, came in and so did I. I stood around chatting with Nick for 10 minutes and the wind came back up. J_dog headed right back out but I waffled about doing the same. I ended up calling it a day so it was a short but good session.
