Day 2 of the big swell was even bigger and uncharacteristic of The Cape, the wind was really light. Jesse and Tony got out early and scored some nice clean sets. I waited for the wind to build, which never happened, and ended up getting a beat down. Rigged 4.7, which wasn't enough and got pounded in the impact zone. I managed to get out a few times but just when you thought you had a wave the wind would disappear and it would roll by you leaving you to get pounded by the next one. The wind ended up getting lighter and we all packed it in, frustrating watching those big sets roll in.
