Best session while cruising to date. Started the day in light air with some beach chills and taking the 3-1/2 year old sailing in the sailing dinghy, he was driving and trimming by the end of it! Breeze built around 2 and I set up the 2100sq foil on the beach which was quickly too much, changed to the 1300sq in the dinghy behind the boat and had a great session. Caught some small waves flagged out in Sidney channel and tried some new stuff unsuccessfully, heelside tacks, back wind sailing. Finished up and had some beers in the cockpit while bbq'n steaks. Fireworks off the Sidney waterfront still to come!
