This session involved two adventures. First on the 4m was all about speed. Wind went from cranking to nuking. With 4m, I tried to push for highest down wave speeds I could get out of this gear. Wipe outs were epic. Everything still intact. 3m was inevitable. Swell was also awesome. Second session involved pure 3m upwinding to launch site for Sam to DW with a paddle. Greg, Alex and I supported. Learning a lot about both the zen of downwinding along with some of the challenges to overcome with practise,
