Better than it looked!
Favourable forecast on both models, some texture on the webcam. Good enough to make the rainy drive to Pipers. Choppy with ebb flow, more organized by mid-afternoon. Fun rollers north of Hudsons. Spooked by a large shadow overtaking my wave. It came into focus, I was surfing with a school of silvers :o Shouldn't they be up-rivers by now? Feeling brave sailing with Frazermc and Joe, we chased the best swell lines by Five Fingers. Played there in sunshine and rainbows until the 4m felt a little light. Sailed back to the bay in dwindling winds. Post-session debrief with Frazer, Joe and Scott. Glad I made the trip : ))
