First time out in Victoria in a north wind! Greeted at the tea house around 1pm by H-Rocker, GregCan and Tweezer, all of whom were downright offended that I didn't arrive on the Popemobile. I rigged all the big gear and headed out to catch up with TnT and Bobson. As I made my way over to Jemmy Jones I was feeling a little nervous with the offshore breeze, so I decided to see how far I could get up into Caddy Bay. Tried to carve up wind as high as possible back and forth and hooted at Bobson, RuppDogg and WindJunky when they were nearby. Made it within a stones throw of RVYC and then decided to get back to better winds to the south. The entire session was surprisingly warm, with gorgeous views of Mt Baker, and oh so flat! I even saw some harbour porpoise. Awesome session!
